He has made appearances on NBC, FOX, ABC and CBS and was recognized as a North American real estate authority by Forbes, being honoured into Forbes Real Estate Council in 2017. Allan has spoken about the topic of real estate at the Harvard Club of Boston and has been personally interviewed, trained and educated by some of the biggest names in negotiation and business.

Having grown up in the real estate business his whole life, Allan has a total life immersion and experience in the real estate industry. Before he had his driver’s licence, let alone his real estate licence, he had already sat through more real estate negotiations than most ten year full-time real estate professionals. He has in-depth experience in every possible area of real estate such as negotiating, law, marketing, administration, staging, mortgages, inspections, client care, and taxes.

At the age of thirty, he became one of the youngest recipients in his marketplace of Durham Region to receive the Re/Max Platinum Award and Hall of Fame Award, and since 1982 he and his mother have successfully closed over 3,000 real estate transactions.
